The North Cottage at Hobbit Hollow Farm is a quaint, well-appointed farmhouse offering spectacular views of Skaneateles Lake, one of the Finger Lakes known worldwide for its unspoiled beauty. In addition to lake views, our property overlooks colorful meadows and vineyards as well as the farm’s equestrian barn and stables.
The North Cottage is located across the lawn from the Hobbit Hollow House and can be rented in conjunction with the Hobbit Hollow House or as its own residence rental.
The North Cottage features three comfortably and uniquely appointed bedrooms, including a Master Bedroom Suite.
